Job summary

Sycle is seeking a highly analytical and technical Technical Business Analyst to partner with our Product Management team on a high-stakes enterprise account. You will investigate legacy systems, map complex workflows, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for engineering and client stakeholders.

You will drive data analysis, KPI definition, and cross-functional collaboration, while facilitating Agile ceremonies and owning project artifacts to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Healthcare / Clinical Workflow domain knowledge to quickly grasp patient and operational workflows.
• Enterprise client experience managing high-touch accounts with shifting priorities.
• Ability to dive into technical details, write queries, review architecture, and understand data models.
• Resilience under ambiguity, tight deadlines, client pressure, and changing product priorities.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing project deliverables in fast-paced settings.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear prose and concise client updates.

Responsibilities

• Systems & workflow analysis: map clinical, ordering, purchasing, and operational workflows across legacy and SaaS states.
• Data & system investigation: analyze data, write queries, establish KPIs, and study system behaviors with minimal guidance.
• Scrum facilitation & agile delivery: lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Technical documentation: produce high-quality docs bridging business goals and technical requirements.
• Project ownership: track artifacts, risks, dependencies, and decisions, coordinating with Engineering.
• AI-enabled productivity: leverage AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and data analysis.
• Client engagement: participate in enterprise client meetings with clear, timely updates on technical workstreams.
