Job summary

Public Service Enterprise Group seeks an Associate Analyst to support Customer Service projects focused on self-service channels and internal technology platforms. You will work with Business and IT teams to plan, implement, and monitor end-to-end projects, while improving overall operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes gathering requirements, developing BRDs, maintaining dashboards, and delivering regular reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements and develop business requirement documents for new products or enhancements.
• Facilitate design workshops with IT teams and vendors.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, and provide analytical insights on operational, financial, and benchmarking data.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly, monthly, and weekly reporting.
• Support process documentation and written analysis.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and source files in Excel.
• Assist with implementation of new tools and technologies to support process improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Leads and process owners on all customer-facing platform elements.
• Participate in Storm Command Center operations and be on call for the Delivery Emergency Response Center during storm emergencies.
