Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal construction management system implementation. You will conduct sessions both virtually and in-person for diverse audiences, including project managers, engineers, and external contractors.

The role requires strong facilitation skills, experience in software and business process training, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change across multiple locations. Travel is 100% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years related experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training per lesson plans and guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guided support.
• Maintain classroom engagement and manage sessions effectively.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and completion metrics.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements in training delivery and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally to government stakeholders.
• Communicate with personnel across organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
