Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a Federal Government client’s implementation of a customized construction management system. The role covers virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, construction personnel, leadership, and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Strong classroom facilitation and experience delivering software and business process training.
• Experience supporting Federal Government training programs and enterprise system training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement following approved materials.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on course schedules and logistics.
