Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a Federal Government client’s customized construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineers, and external contractors to ensure proficiency with the new system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 3 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout training sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
