Elastic seeks an experienced Regional Services Partner to lead Enterprise Sector Services for the EMEA Central region. You’ll drive bookings growth across federal, state, and regulated public institutions while ensuring delivery excellence and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll forecast, negotiate complex contracts, and shape strategic service offerings across a matrixed organization. You will own multi-engagement portfolios, align Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in professional services or delivery in enterprise tech.
• Experience with Enterprise Sector organizations.
• Proven ownership of services bookings targets and forecasting.
• Background delivering tech solutions in search, observability, analytics, or security.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements with governance and risk.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (and sometimes internationally).

• Own and achieve Services bookings and revenue targets.
• Build and execute a territory services strategy aligned with account plans.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and proactively manage pipeline gaps.
• Lead the services bid and negotiation lifecycle, including scope, pricing, contract structures, and deliverables.
• Drive discovery and shape outcome-oriented services offerings.
• Develop Statements of Work tied to milestones and outcomes.
• Position Elastic Services as a strategic enabler for transformation within Enterprise Sector.
• Oversee a portfolio of engagements with cost, margin, and customer-satisfaction governance.
• Provide governance oversight for strategic accounts and align Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success.
