Job summary

Rally Credit Union is seeking an IT Server Infrastructure Administrator to manage the enterprise server stack, both physical and virtual, and ensure system health, security, and business continuity. The role focuses on Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, storage and backup solutions, and patching across the data center and cloud-integrated environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT infrastructure, certifications, and strong scripting in PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, PowerShell, and backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hardware, virtualization, OS, storage, and application logs and remediate issues.
• Manage real-time environment health and performance metrics.
• Perform system audits and capacity planning for compliance and optimization.
• Administer Domain Controllers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Oversee OS deployments, patches, backups, and updates.
• Provide Tier 2 infrastructure support to IT Service Desk.
• Maintain documentation and change management processes.
• Assist with business continuity testing and reporting.
