Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
3+ years experience in Server and Database Environment
Strong troubleshooting methodology is required
Broad knowledge of servers and operating systems
Good customer service skills and communication; able to work independently
Leadership to manage junior IT members

Responsibilities

Maintaining the server, storage, and application environment for the enterprise
Build and deploy servers for the business units as required
Project Coordination: align/negotiate/apply stakeholders’ requirements to HQ’s standard process
IT Infra resource/member management in the future
Client-facing communication and collaboration with project teams
Rack and install servers as needed
Create and maintain disaster recovery testing processes
Monitor storage usage and forecast demand
Present information to IT management team
