Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a skilled IAM professional to implement and maintain secure, scalable identity and access management systems. You will oversee provisioning, access control policies, and authentication integrations within a specialized domain to ensure compliance and continuous monitoring.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent unauthorized access and improve IAM processes, documentation, and incident response across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math discipline.
• Experience: 3 years related work experience in IAM domains.
• Knowledge: strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Communication: excellent written and verbal skills for technical audiences.
• Ability: manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Documentation: ability to write clear technical and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IAM solutions with authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.
• Apply policies to administer user and privileged access, aligning with zero trust and least privilege.
• Collaborate with teams to interpret requirements and resolve IAM issues.
• Contribute to improvements in IAM processes, systems, or products.
• Monitor access controls and respond to incidents with initial analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and update technical documentation to support IAM operations and DevOps.
