Job summary

Edgeworth Security is seeking an entrepreneurial, driven Project Manager to lead enterprise security projects nationwide from lead generation to contract negotiation and execution. The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of industry, security, and PM experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. CSPM or PMP is preferred; a certification must be obtained within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of industry, security and project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to travel; physical requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, enterprise-sized security projects (CCTV, access control).
• Oversee project from inception to completion: design, permits, scheduling, field installation.
• Manage project documentation: RFIs, permits, change orders, closeout.
• Communicate project progress and financial status; resolve issues with minimal escalation.
• Forecast workforce needs and schedule using MS Project; ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with state/local/federal codes and safety requirements.
• Report to the Operations Manager and coordinate with contracts administration and engineering departments.
