Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Andover, MA. This contract–13 months role demands enterprise project management experience, strong stakeholder communication, and security-focused delivery to ensure projects meet scope, time, budget, and quality goals.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, manage internal and vendor relationships, and represent the organization in executive and customer-facing contexts as needed.

Qualifications

• Executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Technical acumen with emphasis on security considerations in projects.
• Expert knowledge of project management policies, processes, and methodologies.
• 7+ years in project management or similar roles.
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives through structured planning, control, and execution.
• Manage cross-functional efforts with corporate teams and third-party vendors to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal issues.
• Apply advanced subject matter expertise to evaluate complex business problems and recommend effective approaches.
• Exercise independent judgment within established policies to select methods, manage risks, and achieve project objectives.
• Provide direction on process improvements and contribute to policy and methodology enhancements.
• Represent the organization in executive and customer-facing contexts as needed.
