Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in electronic security systems and low-voltage installations.
• 4–5+ years in a dedicated Project Management role overseeing enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong background in enterprise Property Technology (PropTech) or large facilities.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple large-scale security installations with scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Direct field leads, technicians, and subcontractors; enforce safety and quality on-site.
• Review engineering drawings and coordinate with integration engineers for ACS, VMS, IDS, and sensing platforms.
• Lead regular project status meetings and risk mitigation reviews with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee BOMs, change orders, and subcontractor billing verification.
• Collaborate with estimating and engineering on scoping and proposals for complex deployments.
