Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of security experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience; master's 1 year; Ph.D. up to 1 year.
• Strong interviewing and interrogation skills.
• Proficiency with CCTV, access control, alarms, and MS Office tools.
• Leadership, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct investigations into internal and external security issues.
• Link evidence from multiple sources to suspects and incidents.
• Develop investigative strategy; interview employees and vendors.
• Collaborate with People Solutions, Legal and other groups for information sharing.
• Liaise with local, state, federal law enforcement.
• Prepare clear investigative reports and statistics.
