Job summary

Covista is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Safety &Security to support field operations and enhance safety across its campuses. You will manage investigations, develop security policies, and maintain critical dashboards for risk and continuity.

The role requires 5+ years in security, excellent English communication, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders. This hybrid position offers in-office work four days per week and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years security experience; law enforcement or military background preferred.
• Experience in educational or hospital environments preferred.
• Experience performing physical security assessments preferred.
• International security experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and organizational abilities; confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of NIMS/ICS operations.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and government guidelines.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements security goals, rules, and methods.
• Oversee security investigations as assigned.
• Complete residential security assessments for Executive Security.
• Visit Covista campuses as advised by manager.
• Provide onsite security during company events and plan Event Security.
• Maintain risk and readiness dashboards and reports.
• Support campus expansion and security system designs.
• Ensure Jeanne Clery Act compliance.
• Deliver Incident Commander training and materials.
• Respond to safety and crisis events; oversee related services.
