Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Corporate Physical Security to lead investigative and physical security functions in the United States. You will implement security strategies, oversee investigators, and represent Spectrum on committees and briefings with management and law enforcement.

You will manage security programs, coordinate facility assessments, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years experience in investigations within military, local law enforcement, or corporate security environments.
• 2+ years management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of investigative and physical security personnel in the region.
• Track activities, incidents, and assess physical security needs.
• Develop relationships and liaison with project integrators.
• Manage facility security assessments and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Cultivate the security team by assigning responsibilities and managing accountability.
