Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges. You will lead discovery, solution design, and customer validation, delivering compelling demos and POVs to move opportunities through the pipeline.

The ideal candidate has strong cybersecurity knowledge, practical enterprise networking experience, and proven ability to support complex enterprise

Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical roles.
5+ years of customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or support experience.
Experience supporting complex cybersecurity or enterprise platform sales cycles.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk, and security operations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
Deliver compelling virtual and in-person technical demos.
Deploy and support proof-of-value engagements and POVs.
Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Serve as trusted advisor during evaluations and executive discussions.
Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
Lead technical training sessions on customer use cases and POV findings.
Support marketing events and speaking engagements.
Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, CS, and Support to share field insights.
Travel as required, typically 25–50%, depending on region and business needs.
