Job summary

Gallagher in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across key markets by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while building strong relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, partners, and key industry influencers.

Working closely with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists, you will lead opportunities from initial engagement through to successful close while delivering innovative security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in technology/security or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing complex sales.
• Experience building relationships with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to support regional sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, nurture, and close profitable opportunities across targeted markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, partners, and industry influencers.
• Drive new business growth while expanding strategic customer relationships.
• Lead customer presentations and solution discussions with support from technical specialists.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and customer solution requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop account plans aligned with Gallagher's objectives and maintain CRM records.
