Job summary

Flexxbotics Inc. in Boston seeks a Sales Development Representative to join our outbound team and drive pipeline for our manufacturing automation platform.

You will own multi-channel outreach, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and collaborate with sales to convert interest into meetings.

Remote considered; base salary ranges $50k-$65k with $75k-$95k OTE and equity component; we value curiosity, resilience, and data-driven selling.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of B2B outbound experience creating pipeline from scratch.
• Strong written communication and use of AI for outreach.
• Self-direction and ability to plan own week and work independently.
• Pattern-recognition to scale effective tactics.
• Proficiency with LLMs for research, writing and strategizing.
• Comfort with ambiguity as segments evolve.
• Familiarity with CRM/outbound tools; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own multithreaded outbound ABM into top strategic accounts and ICP targets.
• Identify the right site, people, and initiatives within large manufacturers.
• Own response clock on inbound intent signals.
• Work warm and dormant sources including referrals and expansions.
• Run disciplined phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach daily.
• Qualify rigorously to advance meetings rather than just schedule.
• Build and refine sequences, frameworks, and data hygiene.
