Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate team collaboration.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
