Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) to lead Agile delivery across Enterprise & Corporate Systems. You will coach cross-functional teams responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Real Estate, Legal, and Corporate Services.

The Scrum Master partners with Product Owners, Architects, and engineering teams to ensure efficient planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years as a Scrum Master in software delivery teams.
• Experience with ERP/corporate systems or enterprise applications.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies with multiple teams.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
• Coach Product Owners and stakeholders on Scrum and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and drive delivery velocity and predictability.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and domains.
• Track metrics and report delivery progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting.
• Support enterprise platforms including Finance, HR, and Supply Chain applications.
