Position Overview

  • We are looking for a target driven ‘Enterprise Sales Representative’ to expand our team. The ideal candidate will be expected to own the GTM for their ‘book of business’ and proactively create and drive qualified opportunities into net new logo accounts for our ‘Customer Experience’ portfolio of solutions.
  • Marketing Solutions – Full spectrum marketing services that cater to both B2C and B2B businesses. Global full- service team that uses data, martech and creativity to give marketing services everything they need to target, segment, campaign and win.
  • Sales Services - Deliver Inside sales outsourcing and optimization, B2B lead generation and Insides sales play development solutions to a range of market-leading partners.
  • Customer Care -Offering Customer Service, Help Center Development and Customer Care Technology. Award winning customer care services and help center development programs that help businesses gain a competitive advantage, lower labor costs and reduce effort for customers.
  • Fulfillment and Logistics - Fulfillment centers that deliver an end-to-end experience that kit, pack and ship packages on time and on budget. Our national logistics division moves 4.1 billion pounds of freight each year – by road, rail, skies and sea. We deliver cargo with uncompromising speed and accuracy. This is a hunter's position.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed account and sales plans to facilitate the attainment of your personal goals and quotas.
  • Self-generate 5x sales quota in pipeline coverage within the first 4 months in the company and always maintain coverage thereafter.
  • Follow up on a diverse and global pipeline of leads from a variety of channels (marketing, SDR and partners.) whilst following SOPs and SLAs.
  • Manage large, complex deals throughout the full sales cycle — from prospecting to initial conversation to close/won.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and bookings achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
  • Adhere to Harte Hanks sales methodology and best practices within the CRM and all sales related activities.
  • Produce and deliver client facing proposals, quotations, and detailed statements of work.
  • Successfully identify and align specific client needs to Harte Hanks value-added product and service offerings.
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with business leaders, providing detailed insights into the sales pipeline including open pipeline, lost pipeline and won pipeline.
  • Utilize all systems and tools inclusive of Hubspot, Linkedin Navigator, Zoominfo, Microsoft Teams etc.
  • Travel to client meetings and events when needed (expected no more than 50% of the time)
  • Be a thought leader and key contributor for Harte Hanks at events, webinars, blogs, white papers etc.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years’ experience as a proactive strategic enterprise seller targeting large corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills with the ability to build strategic relationships; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new advocates.
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of negotiating principles and closing experience.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience establishing and leveraging strategic C-level relationships.
  • Experience executing compelling product and services presentations Face-to-Face and Virtually to Decision Maker at C-Staff , VP and Director level.
  • Experience in Sales - Call Center Services
  • Bachelor's Degree
