About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Representative to join our mission-driven virtual health coaching team. You will sell a high-ticket, results-driven health transformation program based on functional medicine principles.

Responsibilities

• Connect with 15-20 warm leads weekly, earning a 15% commission per closed sale of our $4000 program
• Conduct sales calls (discovery & closing) via Zoom
• Build genuine relationships, identify client needs, and align them with our program
• Track leads, calls, and conversions using our CRM system
• Collaborate with the team for ongoing training, support, and strategy refinement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative or high-ticket sales; experience in health/wellness is a plus
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and emotional intelligence
• Motivated, self-disciplined, and coachable
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule
