Job description

Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a REMOTE Enterprise Sales & Marketing Manager to support our hotels in the west region. This role involves managing sales and marketing efforts for a portfolio of 2 to 10 hotels, focusing on building relationships, evaluating leads, and utilizing sales tools effectively. The position requires working on MST or PST hours and embracing the Atrium SPIRIT: Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing marketing, selling, and service delivery for assigned hotels.
  2. Handling 50-349+ room nights with quarterly productivity targets.
  3. Managing leads with various room and meeting space requirements.
  4. Evaluating and redirecting business to maximize profitability.
  5. Building relationships with clients and prospects.
  6. Creating promotional materials and responding to leads.
  7. Using internal systems for lead management and tracking.
  8. Engaging with brand and vendor sales tools and resources.
  9. Providing feedback to improve client experiences.

Qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, with hospitality experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in delphi, FDC, and/or Marriott CI/TY systems.
