Regional Marketing Managers oversee and manage marketing strategies, program planning, and development for Service Experts' local service centers in assigned regions.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional strategic marketing plans.Collaborate with center management and Regional Directors on marketing planning and campaigns.Conduct market research planning and analysis.Ensure brand standards are consistently applied in all communications.Develop revenue-generating consumer campaigns for applicable centers.Assist in developing internal communication materials for campaigns.Review marketing performance using data from various sources.Evaluate media efficiency and manage procurement for centers.Implement test and control plans to improve marketing effectiveness.Facilitate marketing reviews to support business objectives.Ensure effective implementation of marketing programs within the region.Work with corporate and area teams to develop marketing and sales promotions.Support corporate marketing programs with coordination, execution, and measurement.Analyze campaigns and share best practices.Identify partnership opportunities with local or regional utilities and partners.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years marketing experience.3+ years in direct marketing and lead generation.Ability to manage multiple projects.Creative and strategic thinking skills.Strong analytical abilities.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles.Experience managing advertising agencies.Willingness to travel within the area and to Service Experts locations.Exceptional problem-solving and planning skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant software.Ability to assess regional markets.Essential Skills
