CohnReznick is expanding its sales team in Richmond with a Director-level Client Relationship Executive. You will lead enterprise-level pursuits, partner with leadership, and orchestrate multi-service campaigns to accelerate regional growth and client value.

The role emphasizes top-tier client acquisition, strategic revenue planning, and collaboration across offices. Hybrid work is typical, requiring in-person collaboration several days weekly to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of sales, client leadership, or professional services experience.
• Proven success leading enterprise-level pursuits and expanding complex client relationships.
• Experience with growth industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, Hospitality, or Manufacturing & Distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-service expansion and long-term value creation.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive enterprise-level growth opportunities in the Richmond market.
• Develop and execute multi-year market and territory plans aligned to revenue goals.
• Architect and activate target ecosystems to create whitespace and pipeline.
• Mentor senior CREs and support succession and market scaling.
• Represent the firm externally at industry events and networks.
