Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Customer Success Executive for US Manufacturing to drive outcomes, retention, and expansion across a high-value portfolio. You will act as a strategic post‑sales leader, owning commercial health and growth with a CEO‑level executive presence.

You will partner with Sales, Delivery, Product, and CI to ensure executives realize the full value of ServiceNow and view the company as a long-term digital transformation partner across manufacturing verticals.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Experience partnering with CIOs and senior IT executives.
• Proven post-sales leadership and commercial ownership of strategic accounts.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer outcomes, retention, and expansion across high-value US Manufacturing accounts.
• Own commercial health and renewal outcomes as a post-sales executive.
• Engage at executive level to co-develop digital transformation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional governance and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Tell data-driven stories to executives to justify platform expansion.
