Job summary

ADP is seeking a Global Sales Manager for Major Markets to lead a strategic enterprise sales effort across the US Northeast, including Northern New Jersey.

You will manage named accounts and present ADP’s full solution suite across HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Taxes and Finance.) The role emphasizes a proven track record in major account selling, development of account plans, and the ability to lead in a complex, fast-paced environment with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Major Account District Manager, Sales Executive, or similar.
• Proven proficiency in Account Plan development and sales strategies.
• Outstanding hunter sales skills and ability to lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of named Enterprise Accounts selling our full suite of solutions including HR/Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor Management, Tax and Finance Solutions, Pre-employment Services and Retirement Services.
• Create short and long-term business plans to attain and exceed assigned quota and exemplify client-centric partnership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Position should be based in the Geographical Northeast of the United States, Northern New Jersey and north.
• International training travel and domestic territory required up to 30%.
