Job description

Enterprise Sales - Wireline/Wireless - Named Accounts

Candidates in the Irvine, Los Angeles, Orange County metro area will be considered for this role.

You will manage an existing set of enterprise accounts, with 100% current business. You will have access to sell the leading telecommunications brand's portfolio of services, as well as the entire SOVA portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team. A hunter mentality is required; this is not a farming role.

Responsibilities:

Grow revenue in your base accounts by selling the full suite of services, including security, cloud, tailored network solutions, field services, and managed services. Use the full portfolio of enterprise wireline and wireless services to craft solutions that meet client needs.

  1. Develop existing opportunities within your assigned territory.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
  3. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions through consultative selling.
  4. Create innovative solutions leveraging the entire product portfolio to help customers achieve their goals.
  5. Deliver successful outcomes for SOVA and our clients.
  6. Demonstrate value to ensure customers choose the best solutions.
  7. Expand business while enhancing the customer experience.
  8. Respond to RFPs, develop compelling business cases, and negotiate contracts.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external partners from sales through implementation.
  10. Streamline processes and lead sales activities and forecasting effectively.
  11. Manage client and internal expectations.
  12. Become a specialist in our enterprise wireline, wireless, SaaS, VOIP, and security offerings, and stay informed about competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in wireline and/or wireless enterprise sales is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions and/or systems integration, ideally strategic solutions and wireline technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deals under tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationships with executive-level clients.

Compensation model is 50/50 base/commission, with competitive on-target earnings.
