Qualifications
- 8+ years in sales excellence or enterprise operations with measurable results.
- Proven deployment of cross-functional programs from design to adoption.
- Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise deployment of the Sales Excellence program and adoption plan.
- Coordinate cross-line-of-business milestones, owners, and governance.
- Provide cadence for forecasts, backlogs, pipeline, and performance visibility.
- Drive cross-selling and account-management initiatives with leadership.
