Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Named Enterprise Sales Engineer to enable our rapidly growing business. You will serve as the primary technical resource during sales calls and qualify leads from a technical perspective, while also acting as the main technical contact post-sale.

You should have 5–8 years in technical/pre-sales roles and deep networking knowledge, including RADIUS, PKI, and encryption technologies. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong networking knowledge including LAN/WAN and security protocols.
• Familiarity with encryption and authentication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: qualify leads from a technical standpoint and share relevant info.
• Sales calls: act as the primary technical resource during calls.
• Demonstrate networking applications and the value of products.
• Post-sales: main technical contact for accounts with support teams.
• Provide post-sales training and ongoing customer assistance.
• Travel within the territory to support business needs.
