MarketSource is seeking a Director of Sales in the Telecommunications sector to drive new managed sales engagements with enterprise clients in the US. The role requires selling managed services (3PL/BPO) and developing executive-level relationships to close multi-year, multimillion-dollar engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
• Ten (10+) years’ experience selling strategic, high-value, enterprise-class services.
• Experience managing and closing large ($2.5M+) services engagements with enterprise companies.
• BPO experience is a plus; travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed new business revenue targets with enterprise clients.
• Negotiate contracts and structure deals aligned with financial goals.
• Grow and retain new client accounts, drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecast across multiple prospects.
• Lead and enable sales teams; represent MarketSource as a sales subject-matter expert.
