Job summary

MarketSource Inc., an Allegis Group company, seeks a Director of Sales to drive new enterprise engagements and manage multi-year, multimillion-dollar engagements in the telecommunications space.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building executive relationships, and leading a sales team to exceed targets while aligning with MarketSource’s managed services and BPO offerings across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
• MBA is a plus
• Ten (10+) years’ experience selling strategic, high-value, enterprise-class services

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets for new clients
• Oversees contract negotiation and deal structuring
• Manages new client accounts, renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities
• Tracks and reports on the sales pipeline for multiple prospects and enterprise clients
• Leads, supports, and optimizes internal sales reps or teams working for enterprise clients
• Maintains understanding of MarketSource managed services and value proposition
• Develops and executes individual sales strategy aligned with business unit goals
