Job summary

Digital Science is seeking a Sales Director to drive the full commercial sales cycle for our enterprise portfolio (Dimensions, Altmetric, ReadCube, Figshare, metaphacts). You will own pipeline generation, qualification, and revenue growth across Life Sciences and research-intensive enterprises, partnering with procurement and executive sponsors.

The role emphasizes knowledge-graph architecture, semantic ontologies, and Agentic AI, with strong emphasis on executive communication and cross-product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, solution consulting, or strategic account management.
• Proven negotiation skills navigating multi-stakeholder procurement and structuring high-value enterprise software contracts.
• Executive presence with the ability to articulate complex technical/data concepts to C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline and lead qualification across Life Sciences and enterprise accounts.
• Manage and prioritize opportunities, coordinating with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Develop value-based narratives tying Semantic Web, knowledge graphs and AI to ROI and faster R&D.
