Job summary

The Judge Group in California (Irwindale) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide safety initiatives, develop objectives and long-range strategies, and manage complex programs with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for business case development, project plans, budgets, risk analysis, and ensuring readiness for change while driving on-time results under aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience managing projects, programs or contracts.
• Experience implementing large-scale programs with major impact.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets, scope, schedule and resources.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and drive adoption.
