Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure.
• 8+ years of engineering experience with project leadership.
• Strong technical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and documents.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
