Job summary

Entrata is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to hunt and close new business with property management firms in the Central Region. The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

You will work remotely from a home office with regional travel, engage with associations and trade shows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in multifamily housing is a plus.
• Strong sales drive with ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs.
• Highlight product features to demonstrate how they address customer challenges.
• Respond to customer inquiries about our products.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups.
