Job summary

Sycle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product delivery and technical strategy for a major enterprise account, overseeing a multi-year migration from a customized legacy system to Sycle's SaaS platform.

You will balance ongoing feature delivery, security remediation, and integration needs while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact, strategic role with global scope.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of audiology, clinical workflows, and hearing care clinic operations is strongly preferred.
• Proven history managing strategic enterprise software accounts and presenting to external client stakeholders and executives.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data architecture, security remediation, and complex system integrations.
• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and ability to manage evolving scope in high-pressure environments.
• Track record leading complex software migrations or enterprise re-platforming initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic product relationship for a key enterprise account, setting client expectations and building executive trust.
• Lead legacy-to-SaaS migration strategy, including third-party integration planning and data migrations.
• Guide engineering teams with deep technical understanding of architecture, APIs, and platform dependencies.
• Balance multiple initiatives across client features, tech debt, and platform stability amid shifting priorities.
• Translate unstructured client needs into actionable product specifications that maximize value.
