Sycle in Denver is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead delivery and technical strategy for a major enterprise account, overseeing a multi-year migration from a customized legacy system to our SaaS platform while ensuring ongoing feature delivery and security remediation.

You will balance deep API and data migration work with cross-functional leadership across Strategic Account Management, Engineering, and Business Analysts to optimize velocity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of audiology, clinical workflows, and hearing care operations.
• Proven track record managing strategic enterprise software accounts.
• Hands-on with APIs, data architecture, security remediation, and complex integrations.
• Resilience and conflict management in fast-changing environments.
• Experience leading complex software migrations or re-platforming.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable product specs using AI tools.
