Job summary

TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified Program Analyst to support Department of State – INL/SAO/AT office in Washington, DC. The position, equivalent to a Program/Management Analyst Level 4, involves risk management, controls testing, and records management in compliance with federal guidance.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 6–10 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of Federal regulations related to the area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience facilitating organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from INL/SAO/AT leadership and maintain effective communications.
• Gather, analyze, and prepare data for reports and activity records.
• Respond to oversight requests and support auditors on compliance matters.
• Develop and monitor management information systems and ERM tracking.
• Coordinate property management and End Use Monitoring requirements.
• Coordinate training modules related to management controls and risk.
• Develop a records management process and ensure FOIA processing and retention compliance.
• Assist in interpreting government regulations and policies affecting Bureau programs.
