Job summary

TJFACT is seeking a seasoned Program Advisor to support the Department of State – INL/RCD in Washington, DC. This onsite, full-time role involves coordinating sanctions programs, drafting decision memos, and engaging with interagency partners to advance policy objectives and congressional reporting.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with federal policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Experience drafting US government reports and memos.

Responsibilities

• Support visa restrictions, sanctions, and rewards actions.
• Draft analysis documents and memoranda for cases.
• Coordinate with posts, bureaus, and interagency partners.
• Conduct research to measure and improve processes.
• Develop training materials for INL programs.
• Brief interagency officials and assist Congressional reporting.
• Assist in developing SOPs and expanding authorities.
