Day Air Credit Union in Ohio seeks a Director of Risk Management to lead enterprise risk management, shaping strategy with executive leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven or more years of experience in risk management, fraud, audit, compliance, or a related field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Credit Union's ERM framework, including risk identification, assessment, scoring, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify, prioritize, and track key risks.
• Develop risk metrics, KRIs, risk tolerances, and reporting tools for monitoring risk.
• Coordinate governance, audit, and regulatory coordination activities.
• Lead fraud prevention, detection, investigation, recovery, and loss mitigation efforts.
• Provide leadership and coaching for risk personnel and promote risk awareness.
