• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of risk activities and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Lead risk assessment and scenario analysis exercises.
• Engage with regulators and auditors on risk management matters.
