Job summary

Argo Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to advance the organization’s ERM program within a property and casualty insurance context. The role emphasizes risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting in alignment with NAIC ORSA expectations and COSO frameworks.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across the Clearbrook Group to enhance risk visibility, strengthen controls, and support risk-informed decision making. Compensation will reflect experience and level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, accounting, insurance, business, mathematics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or insurance operations.
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements, including NAIC guidance and ORSA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess enterprise-wide risks and maintain risk registers.
• Support ERM framework design, governance, and reporting to senior management and boards.
• Assist ORSA documentation, reporting, and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, IT, and legal teams to embed risk practices.
• Develop and refine KRIs, risk indicators, and risk data analytics.
• Maintain ERM policies, standards, and procedures for audit readiness.
