Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc. seeks an Enterprise Risk Analyst to enhance the enterprise risk management framework in a property and casualty environment. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to strengthen risk visibility, governance, and decision making.

We value candidates with 2–5 years of risk experience; compensation aligns with experience and the hiring level. The position is 100% in-office with collaboration across departments, including underwriting, finance, IT, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, accounting, insurance, business, mathematics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or insurance operations.
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements, including NAIC guidance and ORSA.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise risk identification and assessment processes across the organization.
• Evaluate inherent and residual risks in insurance, operational, financial, and strategic areas.
• Maintain ERM taxonomies aligned with NAIC and COSO frameworks.
• Support ORSA processes, including documentation and governance alignment.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and risk committees.
• Maintain ERM dashboards and support regulatory reporting.
