Clearbrook Group is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to support the development and enhancement of the ERM framework within a property and casualty insurance environment. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting enterprise risks in alignment with regulatory expectations and internal governance.

The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, governance support, and risk-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, accounting, insurance, business, math, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or insurance operations.
• Familiarity with NAIC guidance and ORSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor and report enterprise risks aligning with NAIC/COSO ERM.
• Coordinate risk identification, assessment and monitoring across departments.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and risk committees.
• Maintain ERM policies and documentation.
• Engage cross-functional teams to embed risk management practices.
