Job summary

Clearbrook Group seeks an Enterprise Risk Analyst to advance the organization’s ERM program within a P&C insurance environment. You will help identify, assess, monitor and report enterprise risks in line with regulatory expectations and internal governance practices.

The role collaborates with multiple departments to enhance risk visibility and support risk-informed decision making, with compensation commensurate with experience and hiring level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, accounting, insurance, business, mathematics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or insurance operations.
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements, including NAIC guidance and ORSA.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment processes, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and risk registers.
• Evaluate inherent and residual risks across insurance, operational, financial and strategic categories.
• Maintain and enhance risk taxonomies aligned with NAIC and COSO ERM frameworks.
• Assist in design, implementation, and improvement of the ERM framework.
• Support ORSA documentation, reporting, and governance alignment.
• Maintain ERM policies, standards, and procedures for regulatory audit readiness.
• Prepare risk reporting for senior management and governance committees.
• Identify control gaps and recommend risk-based mitigation strategies.
• Engage with underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, IT, and compliance teams to embed risk management practices.
