Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Program Manager Support SME to assist the AFLCMC/WA enterprise at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role provides program management support across the acquisition lifecycle, coordinating across platforms and stakeholders to synchronize capability development and enterprise initiatives.

You will work with DoD programs, ensure cross‑platform integration, manage schedules, and support risk, requirements, and test planning.

Qualifications

Twenty years of DoW work experience.
At least 3 years in SAP/SCI within last five years.
MS/MA in management, business, accounting, finance, logistics, or STEM or MBA.
In lieu of MS/MA, BS/BA with 25 years DoW experience.

Responsibilities

Apply DoW acquisition processes to gather, analyze, and present information for program managers.
Support ICT-led cross-platform integration and synchronization across platforms.
Identify issues and propose solutions to enhance acquisition effectiveness and compliance.
Develop and draft acquisition documents supporting ICT objectives and enterprise alignment.
Interpret relevant DoD guidance and support implementation for ICT portfolio needs.
Organize and coordinate program tasks to maintain synchronized capability development.
Support program/project integration activities across platforms and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a program IMS with ICT dependencies accounted for.
Provide analysis and recommendations on capability development and demonstrations.
Monitor information assurance activities for classified networks and report status.
Assist leadership during high-level meetings, reviews, and milestone events.
