Seattle Search Group is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle in Seattle, WA. This hybrid role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads all revenue cycle operations to optimize reimbursement and cash flow across patient access, billing, collections, and AR.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with 5+ years in leadership, deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, and a track record of KPI-driven performance improvement, data analytics, and AI-enabled processes.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing revenue cycle teams.
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and reimbursement methodologies.
Experience developing and monitoring revenue cycle KPIs.
Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives.

Mansioni

Lead all revenue cycle operations, including patient access, insurance verification, charge capture, billing, collections, payment posting, denials management, and accounts receivable.
Develop strategies to improve reimbursement, reduce denials, increase cash collections, and optimize revenue cycle performance.
Monitor KPIs and establish measurable operational goals.
Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.
