MDS Staffing is seeking a Sr. Sales Director to lead new logo acquisition across our North American portfolio of fulfillment, transportation, and payment solutions.

You will hunt for enterprise and mid-market retailers, build strategic account plans, and engage C-level executives to articulate compelling ROI-driven value propositions. This role requires a proven track record selling complex, high-value solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales track record with enterprise and mid-market retailers (5+ years).
• Understanding of retail dynamics, cost drivers, and customer needs.
• Familiarity with fulfillment and technology solutions for retail.
• Ability to articulate compelling ROI-based value propositions.
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, ops, and upper management.
• Proven success in selling high-value, complex solutions.
• Strong new business development and quota attainment.
• Self-starter who can work independently and leverage relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage C-level executives and senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sales cycle to acquire new retail and brand logos.
• Develops target account strategies and penetration plans.
• Builds relationships at C and VP levels in target accounts.
• Drives ROI-focused value propositions.
• Executes key sales steps: identify opportunities, qualify, and close.
• Sells against annual revenue targets for products and services.
• Coordinates with pre-sales and professional services; provides forecasts.
