Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Houston, TX, or Jersey City, NJ, seeks an Enterprise Resiliency professional to plan, respond and recover from disruptions, aligning with risk management and security standards. You will lead resiliency initiatives, guide incident management and disaster recovery efforts, and work with business units to minimize impact.

The role requires 3+ years in resiliency disciplines, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with preferred certifications, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Project Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification (preferred).
• Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting; familiarity with resiliency tools such as Archer/Everbridge is a plus.
• Understanding of Cloud/CoLo/SaaS environments supporting critical processes.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; proactive and collaborative.
• Occasional off-hours availability and willingness to travel to Corebridge facilities.
• CBCP and/or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic Enterprise Resiliency projects with C-Suite partners.
• Provide guidance and QA for resiliency strategies and plan documents.
• Facilitate resiliency exercises to test and close gaps.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards.
• Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required.
